FOR FISHER HOUSE

The Blues Society of Western Pennsylvania in conjunction with the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare
System MOVE! (Managing overweight/obesity in veterans and employees) Team, will host an afternoon of music to benefit Veterans!

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm - $10 admission (includes five free Chinese auction tickets)
...all proceeds will benefit the Fisher House.Chinese auction and 50/50 raffles will be held... all proceeds will benefit the Fisher House.Food will be available for purchase at a nominal fee.


The Blues Society of Western Pennsylvania will co-sponsor a concert to benefit the Fisher House. A Fisher House is to veterans and their families as what the Ronald McDonald house is to children and their families. Veterans who will undergo lengthy and intensive rehabilitation at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System will have an opportunity to stay with their families, for much needed support, at the Fisher House, which will be built on VA property in Oakland.
